All transactions on Domex use an Escrow mechanism: your payment is held by the marketplace until the domain is successfully transferred to your Mắt Bão account. If the transaction fails, your money is refunded.

On the domain detail page or listing card, click "Contact Seller". Domex opens a chat between you and the Seller — price negotiation and transfer scheduling all happen via chat (currently does not yet support direct on-platform payment).

Yes — after the transfer, a .vn domain will be moved into your Mắt Bão account. When registering with Domex, you can sync your Mắt Bão account at the same time.

The domain must be registered under Mắt Bão and you must verify ownership via a DNS TXT record (Domex generates a token, you add it to DNS, and Domex looks it up).

Fees are tiered by sale price — see the full schedule on the Fee Schedule page. There is no listing fee; Domex only charges when a transaction succeeds.

Yes. In Dashboard → My Domains, you can update the price / sale method / description / tags, or delist the domain (it will revert to draft and won't appear on the marketplace).

After the domain is successfully transferred to the Buyer (confirmed by the Mắt Bão system), Domex will disburse the funds to your Domex wallet. You can then withdraw to your linked bank account.

On the login page click "Forgot password", enter your email — Domex will send a reset link valid for 1 hour.

Yes — Domex supports Google login. The first time, you'll need to set a password so you can also log in via email/password when needed.

Contact support@domex.vn with your account email. Domex only locks accounts for policy violations and will reply within 24 business hours.

For individual Sellers: Domex withholds 7% (2% PIT + 5% VAT) on the sale price before disbursement. Business owners / companies must self-declare.

Domex processes withdrawals within 1–3 business days. You must link and verify your bank account first in Dashboard → Account.
