Domex E-Commerce Marketplace Operating Regulations

Domex is a P2P intermediary marketplace that enables individuals and organisations to list and trade domain names registered with Mắt Bão. The marketplace does not directly sell domain names and does not own any inventory; Domex's revenue is a service fee charged as a percentage of transaction value.

3. Listing Requirements

4. Escrow Transaction Process

  1. Buyer completes payment → funds deposited to Domex's Account 3388 (payables).
  2. Both parties sign the electronic contract (timestamped + IP recorded, retained ≥ 5 years).
  3. Mắt Bão Operations team carries out the domain transfer.
  4. Operations confirms completion after passing the 5-item checklist (ID verification, transfer, visibility in Buyer's account, VNNIC tax for .vn).
  5. Finance disburses funds to the Seller (net of fee and withholding tax).

5. Marketplace Fees

Fees are tiered by transaction value and published on the Fee Schedule page. Inclusive of 10% VAT. Electronic VAT invoices are issued to Sellers.
